Everyone needs a break from either  school drama, having a lot of homework, test or assignments or just from having to get up early every single day then going to work then home to try and get your homework done because it is do the next day.

There are days when you feel like you just need to relax but spas tend to be overpriced. So way not just make them yourself?  Here are Pinterest recipes to try.

Bath salts: (back pain) if your sore from the day bath salts are sure to help relax those unease muscles.

  • 2 tbsp. of dried lavender flower
  • 1 tbsp. of rosemary
  • 2 cups of Epsom salts
  • Essential oils
    • 5 drops of Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary
    • 10 drops  peppermint

Bath bombs: If you do not feel like going to lush you can just make one. It might take some time to do them but it is well worth it. You will need to choose the size to fit your needs.

  • 1 cup baking soda
  • ½ cup of cornstarch
  • ½ cup of Epsom salts
  • 4 tbsp. of cream of tartar
  • 2 ½ tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. of essential oils
  • ¾ tbsp. of water
  • Let sit for 24 hours
  • (add essential oils for pain or to relax)

Lip Scrub: The change of cold weather to kind of warm or windy can do damage to your lips. Which sometimes even the best chapsticks can not help. So make a lip scrub for soft lips.

  • 2 tbsp. of granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp. of honey
  • 1 tbsp. of coconut oil

Hair Mask: Your hair takes a lot of work whether it is how to style it everyday or always having it in a bun, adding heat or always having it up will cause your hair to get damaged and dry. So make sure you take some time to repair the damage throughout the months.

  • Olive oil and honey
  • Avocado, coconut oil and honey
  • Banana, honey, and yogurt
  • Honey, eggs, apple cider, vinegar
  • Simply coconut oil

Body Scrub: Your skin is probably pretty dry from the weather so scrub the dead skin it will help you be able to take away all the stress from all the homework.

  • 1 cup brown or white  sugar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Your choice of essential oil

Add essentials oils to your water or some rose peddles just make sure you take them out before you drain the water.

It is important to take care of your body. So you can do and feel your best.
